The overall score is the average of individual scores of various characteristics that differ greatly. I start with the positive (in the order we experienced it): - Parking: Fortunately all the days/nights we found a place (even one of the last 1-2) even though the hotel was full. - Reception: Gentle and helpful people. - Spaces to the room (corridors / stairs): Old, very old hotel and looks! It needs solid renovation! - Room: Neither small nor comfortable. But old... It needs solid renovation. And the bathroom had a serious issue: No matter how you showered, the bathroom was filled with water and they didn't leave the cylinder. - Cleaning: Clean room (and generally all spaces). But when something looks old (because it is) and wants to be renovated, then even though it's clean it doesn't leave a good impression. The girls who took care of the rooms were helpful and polite. - Beach: One of the strengths of the hotel. Going to the beach, you walk a few meters through a garden with greenery and olives. Very pleasant place. The beach organized with very relaxing sun loungers, with fixed umbrellas. Of course free. And by the way a lot of loungers, not like in other hotels where there is a battle who will take first (although the hotel was full). Also with beach bar available next to the sun loungers, with nice tables in a cool space under natural shade. - Sea: In some places entering the sea there were stones (of different heights) and he wanted some attention. But if you were in the middle of the beach (in the section that belonged to the hotel), then it was almost entirely sandy. You walked little and deep so you could swim comfortably. - Breakfast: I didn't accidentally leave it last... Bravo to the hotel: Regardless of the hotel's stars, the breakfast was multi-star. Someone has to be very curious (...and miserable...) to say that something was missing. There was a great variety with delicious options and the buffet was constantly renewed. If you can get up a little earlier and pick up a table outside the porch, you'll enjoy breakfast even more. But inside the restaurant is not bad. Just outside is more beautiful because you eat next to the garden. To conclude, I would say that if the hotel renovates the rest of the rooms (as we learned they have already renovated some), then the hotel will definitely be a "value for money" option, with a good rating in all parameters of a stay.

What you need for rest and relaxation

We were there for 3 nights in the off-season. The hotel is located at the end of a very beautiful beach and is actually not accessible without a car. I did not see any public transportation. In front of the hotel, approx. 20 cars can park and there are charging options for electric cars. The outdoor area is very well-maintained. There are many seating and lounging options at and in front of the beach, including umbrellas and shade. The beach bar provides cool drinks and snacks. Overall a very relaxed atmosphere. Quiet music played from the many speakers at times. The outdoor pool is very well-maintained and the surrounding area as well. The breakfast buffet was good - but not comparable to the selection in, for example, German hotel chains. But it is perfectly fine and corresponds to the price-performance ratio. The lobby is very nice and better than in many 4-star hotels. There are two elevators that are fast. In the hallways, a new carpet could improve the overall impression even more. The carpet has seen better days. Our room on the 1st floor. The upper floor with a sea view was well-maintained and had a large terrace. The mattress was a bit too hard for me, but that is still better for me than a mattress that is too soft. The bathroom was clean and actually nice. What was bothersome was the shower curtain. That is actually no longer up to date and flooding is inevitable. The shower head only partially did what it was supposed to do. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV did too. There was a safe and a refrigerator in which one could cool one's own drinks. Since we were there with a group, I also heard about worse rooms that did not smell good. However, a different room was assigned without any problems here. Overall, the hotel is a nice place to relax. The price-performance ratio is fine.
