Flisvos Hotel Tolo

The Flisvos Royal Hotel is a no go, don’t stay here. The room was outdated and poorly maintained. There was no air conditioning, making the room uncomfortable, especially during the summer. The bed and rollaway bed were old and worn, and the towels provided were stained. We did not feel comfortable sleeping on the beds during our stay. The bathroom was another major concern. It was extremely small and did not appear clean. We felt the need to wear shower shoes while bathing because of the condition of the restroom, which should never be necessary in a hotel of this caliber. When we requested assistance regarding the lack of air conditioning, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Rather than trying to accommodate our concerns, they lacked basic customer service and made us feel like our issues were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, we were assigned a room facing the street with a supermarket as our view, while many other guests appeared to have rooms overlooking the beach. The hotel made no effort to accommodate our request for a better room despite our concerns and the heat. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. Between the uncomfortable room, cleanliness issues, lack of air conditioning, poor customer service, and disappointing room location, we left feeling frustrated and regretting our trip.
