We got upgraded for free to the larger room with terrace. The room was very nicely decorated, immaculately clean and enough large. The view from our room and the breakfast room was spectacular: all over the roofs and the bay of Nafplio.
Other than scenic, the location is also very quiet even though it's inside the old town, so sleep quality is not an issue. However, bear in mind that the area of the hotel is accessible only through stairs (it's nothing physically demanding unless you have a stroller or heavy luggages).
The owner Gianna is very kind and helpful. A few days before our arrivals she sent spontaneously an email with directions, location of parking spaces and other useful information. Ask her about good restaurants, we followed her recommendations and had fantastic dinners.
Breakfast is very good in quality, could be improved in variety.
Wi-Fi works very well.
We would definitely stay again in this hotel.
