A beautiful hotel complex located in an olive grove and on a mountain, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and tourists. It is a small, family-run complex, very clean and well-maintained with a great hotel team. The view of the sea is from every location, and all rooms are large and equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a terrace. Despite many stairs and the hillside location, people with limited mobility can also find their place and way here. A large infinity pool invites you to relax, and a beautiful spa supports relaxation. Those who prefer it even quieter will find a whirlpool with Bali beds on the other side of the pool. The breakfast buffet is fresh, large, and varied, and the hotel kitchen offers a select, regional menu with a changing daily special. A vehicle is recommended for activities in the surrounding area. A kilometer-long sandy beach with coarse sand invites you to go for walks and sunbathe. It is better to go swimming in the pool because of the changing surf and currents. Sights within a 50 km radius include Olympia, the Temple of Apollo, and a little further away, the large suspension bridge near Patras. We were there for a week to relax and were completely thrilled. Many thanks again to the hotel team!

Had a warm welcome after arriving on a late flight - restaurant was still serving at close to 11.00pm. Staff were all polite and helpful and everywhere was clean and well maintained. Yes, the road up from the highway is potholed - so first gear and take it easy. Yes, breakfast is repetitive but there is enough choice that you can mix it up a bit each day. Bar service at pool is good and always sunbeds available when we went. Local beach is an easy walk away, not so easy coming back up the steep hill, but a quick shower and dip in the pool fixes that. On site restaurant is good although best to head out to local tavernas which are reasonably priced. Its a low key area generally and makes for a relaxed holiday.

Disappointed!!! Large room, but very ugly and dated furniture, extremely old-fashioned. Numerous stairs, you go up and down constantly, it is better not to have knee problems! In fact, the hotel is prohibited for those under 16 years old, but also for the disabled!! (which I am not.). It is really exhausting under a blazing sun, and this should be indicated on the website! Attempt at the pool, scorching heat, and only 3 spots in the shade… obviously taken. So back to the ugly room, morale low. Yes, the view is beautiful, but yesterday we were in a hotel barely more expensive in Pylos, a little gem, and the view over the entire Navarino Bay was much more beautiful! Moreover, I do not see how this hotel is a 4-star??? No bathroom or personal care products, no moisturizing lotion, etc… One thing that has NEVER happened to us in any hotel of any category, let alone in a 4-star, our bath mat was soaked since the shower is so poorly designed that it is impossible not to splash everywhere, and instead of being changed, it was put out to dry on the balcony! In ALL the hotels we have stayed in, they did not necessarily change the towels, but the mat was changed daily. So 4 stars, let me laugh! Very mineral environment, olive trees above and below, certainly, but hardly any flowers in the garden. The restaurant is just a very basic stopgap, the breakfast is nothing exceptional The positive point: friendliness and kindness of the staff. In short, I regret my choice all the more since I booked 2 nights..
