Oasis

Nice hotel/ apartments. Super clean, fresh towels every day and your room cleaned. Breakfast is ample with self-evident delicious Greek yogurt. The pool was filled with salt water (very pleasant) and the restaurant was also good. Very clearly everything was arranged to make every Customer feel welcome. Too bad the bathroom was small and somewhat dated.

I give only 2 stars because the only things that were worthy of all the experience in this hotel were only 2 things. 1. The pool that from what you will see and from the photos is the only one worth 2. The service of the staff inside the complex, especially Georgia in the kitchen and the two girls in the cleanliness, which was impeccable. Let's go to the negative... 1st mistake, while I have closed a room on the ground floor and I have mentioned that I have a problem with the stairs, they give me a room on the first floor that I cannot go up. Let's say this problem was solved the other day I was dropped down to the ground floor. 2nd mistake, I am asked to pay the entire stay (which has never been done in all the hotels I have been to) when I got to the hotel. Unacceptable!!!!! They are afraid that we will see the defects that are too many possibly and we will go. 3rd mistake, we were forced to pay half-food i.e. breakfast and dinner without wanting it, resulting in dinner meals I can not eat because either immune or uncooked or for garbage. Unroasted oven potatoes, unroasted potatoes, unroasted bamboo, tomatoes filled for garbage, village salad without oil and in general a completely "as low as possible cost" menu, from which I ended up eating only watermelon (the opinion about the menu is not only mine, but also many others who stayed at the hotel and we talked). I have to confess that the biscuits they made for just one time in the 10 days I stayed, were good. 4th mistake and very basic for me. Although the rooms were large and well furnished the layers we slept were for casting. All the springs had come out and entered our bodies. I counted nights one by one so I could go and sleep like a human being. It's unacceptable in a hotel you go to rest, not being able to sleep. Unfortunately from what I learned there was the same mess in many other rooms.......... The fifth mistake in the last 24 hours left the entire hotel without hot water because they just didn't put gas to work. Also unacceptable for so many people who want to wash off the sea and the pool........ And of course the cost in relation to the benefits they offered......... incredibly large. The only reason I finally stayed and was pleased was the pool. That's the only reason I paid, and that's the only reason I endured everything. If the masters of the "company" do not give money to fix the basics, then in a few years do not expect to give you and us our own again.

A good 3-star family hotel. The pool is fantastic and deep. The room was excellent, spacious and cleanliness on a daily basis if we asked for it. Breakfast very good and dinner too. The location is perfect and the few shops are not even 5 minutes away.
