A hotel with a wonderful natural environment and excellent architecture, which unfortunately is not accompanied by a corresponding quality of services and organization. Today our three-day stay is completed and, frankly, we leave really disappointed. The first thing that impresses is the beautiful space. Unparalleled beauty landscape. The location, architecture and overall design of the hotel are truly outstanding and create high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience of the stay does not correspond at all to this first picture. On the first day we were given a room without a telephone line, no Wi-Fi with a broken pad at the window and with wires hanging on our balcony. Trying to open the window, I cut off my hand. We needed repeated complaints until we changed room the next day. It is not possible for a five-star hotel to deliver rooms in this condition. The sunbeds almost all caught with towels from dawn. Wooden sunbeds without pillows and umbrellas unsuitable for strong air. Also the constructions with shadows, dirty damaged and of course without the possibility of giving shadow. In the dining room there was no essential service and the guests had to take their own knives and towels, which does not match the hotel category. The food in the main restaurant was one of the worst we have tasted in a hotel. The quality and variety are low. The staff was obviously insufficient for the number of visitors, although the effort of the staff was evident. The only points worth a bravo were the canteen with Italian cuisine, where the food was very good, as well as the van drivers who transported the guests into the hotel area, who were kind, smiling and willing. It is truly a shame a hotel in such a beautiful location, excellent architecture and with such great possibilities to be so far behind in the basics: in maintenance, in organization, in staffing and in the quality of services. For us, the overall experience had nothing to do with what one expected from a 5-star hotel. If you can avoid this particular option.

Hotel with beautiful views but very far away. The all-inclusive is of low quality, except for the fruit. It is not worth it.
