Rather than professional behavior of the owner via phone. I have traveled almost all over Greece and Europe and it was the first time we booked other than booking and we were given another. We closed a room on the upper floor with views and tried to give us the ground floor with plastic pavilions on the ceiling and tried to convince us aggressively that everything is the same and lux. The room I had closed was given to others and instead of saying "sorry, it's a mess", he told us that it's okay if you don't like leaving. Then we were canceled and we were looking for a room in Tilos to sleep (19:30 we arrived by boat to the island). The only evil I will remember from the island was this difficult situation.

Nothing to tell you but it shows but you see . Nothing good nor politeness nothing a lot of lies and bad mouth nor intelligence to go there again . A liar and hate . Nothing clean . I do not recommend . Even breakfast is for throwing .

Me and my trekking group, we stayed 5 days (from 24 to 29 Sept.2024) at this property which, would be nice if it were not for the fact that it has x no maintenance, is dilapidated and falling, my bed was terribly uncomfortable with springs that hurt the body. The last night a pipe broke in the room of a person in our group who spent the night drying water and trying to buffer the trouble, with its central water closure, so much so that this morning there was no water x any!🙈 The sig.Seva is busy doing a lot x please everyone but everything is very badly managed by his son, a certain Mr. Antonio, whom no one has ever seen, and who keeps reports and 'manages' from Rhodes. My experience was BAD 😡 as, while we were staying, a room of a person in our group was rented while she was staying!!!😱to her obvious refusal to vacate the room, they made me move x 1 night and 2 days, having to add me to our Guide's room, already occupied by 2 people!!!! What absurd, except that I did not want to oppose x about our Group Guide x not create problems, but the thing even + absurd 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱e highly incorrect is that the payment (x 5 nights I had agreed with Antonio 200€) I was not even discounted the whole night lost, but half , in the sense that I would have to pay 4 nights so 160€, while instead he claimed 180!!!! So beyond the damage also the mockery!!!😡👿 Antonio then was a very incorrect person and who absolutely does NOT know how to manage the structure in any sense! I would never return + to this property and I hope that the same thing will happen to subsequent groups
