Loved everything- clean- cozy- welcoming- friendly- quirky and full of character- staff absolutely great - welcoming and friendly - loved it so much - have to go back as it’s charming and traditional style - perfect all the staff deserve a huge thank you for being so lovely

The hotel is in a great location over looking the main bay in Batsi. It wouldn’t be ideal for anyone with accessibility needs, due to the number of steps to get to and from the bay. Our room was really spacious and we had access off a small balcony to a big roof terrace, which had amazing views at night. The pool was great, generally there were very few people around the pool and we had it to ourselves. Breakfast was buffet style with a very good selection. Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn’t do evening meals, however there are so many lovely restaurants in Batsi, this isn’t a problem. There is a poolside bar but drinks choices were rather limited and it is only open during the day. We were told that the hotel has recently changed ownership and some refurbishments are planned, which would be good. If you are looking for luxury, this is probably not the hotel for you. If like us, you wanted a clean, basic and reasonably priced base for a holiday in an incredible location, then it’s great.

The dirtyest and poorest hotel I've ever visited. Reservation in family suite: Linen, yellow towels and holes, Dirty bed headers Hanging broken Basin cover broken Bags that didn't close properly and broke. Strained walls Pool with soils The only positive is the polite staff!
