I've never been so disrespected in my life as Angela was in Kos. We had booked and paid for 8 days, but on day 6 we suddenly found a letter on our door saying we had to be gone that same day. No explanation, no personal conversation, no warning – just a letter. Like we were dirt that needed to be cleaned up. As if that wasn't enough, it turned out that at least 7 other groups had been sent away in exactly the same way. What do you think? That same night, new people were already in our room. It felt like we were just replaced – like we were a disposable product. That's NOT how you treat people. We still handed in the key and the remote control of the air conditioning, despite how ridiculously we were treated. And what did we get? Nothing at all. Not a word, not eye contact, just utterly ignored. During the stay everything felt tight and tense. In the evening literally nothing was allowed. No music, no fun, no socializing. You felt controlled. One laugh on the balcony and someone was already watching. It seemed like a prison rather than a holiday residence. Angela Kos is one big lie. Customers are eliminated at their convenience. They don't treat you like Customers, they treat you like nuisances. This was not a holiday – this was a nightmare. Let this be your warning: do not book here. -Never. I wouldn't even go here for free.

This is the newly refurbished ethereal suites. The hotel is like the artist impressions. All the furniture is brand new and looks lovely. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Some attention to detail for finishes aren’t great in the rooms. The pool area though is good. The breakfast is a mix of cold help yourself and hot ordered items based around eggs fruit and local dishes. There is a great cycle hire shop across the road where you can hire good quality city bikes for €5 a day. We cycled to both Tigaki and the therma beach. Great cycle paths and quiet roads. Kos town is a 10 min walk round the harbour. All in all this is a great hotel, nicely refurbed and in a great location.

Clean and neat accommodation that will be renovated in October Very friendly staff from the desk to the cleaning staff. Beautiful pool with happy hour every day, great apartments with all necessary amenities.
