Gikas Apartments

I stayed here with a friend during a 3-day trip to Marmari, and we had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the price was very reasonable — all of which easily justify a five-star rating. Although the building is quite old and could use some renovation, that wasn’t enough to deteriorate the overall positive experience we had.

Spacious rooms with kitchenette and balcony and very comfortable and soft beds and pillows.Abundant hot water in the shower and very good air conditioning.It has an elevator and a ramp so it is suitable for people with special needs.Very clean and the properties are polite and helpful.The location is ideal as it is very close to the center.It has super on the upper road and plenty of space around for parking.

Very friendly owners. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious, a little bit outdated, some refurbishment had been done. The shower was really awesome! Basic equipped kitchen. Balcony is large. Maybe not the best view on the sea (1st floor) but still OK. The apartment builiding is located just behind the Eriv gas station in a quiet street, parking place enough and just 150 mtrs from the sea and boulevard with loads of (coffee) bars and taverna's. Kiosk, bakery and supermarkets are there as well. Visited Marmari at the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis in the EU and it was off season (march) Love this town and its friendly people! And will come back in better days! Yiamas.
