Mammis Beach

Me and my wife have just spent 6 days at Mammis Beach and could not believe how lovely and welcoming all the staff were on arrival and for all of our stay. The appartment was great with a walk in shower , tv, air, conditioning and plenty of storage for your clothes. I have never felt so welcomed to a place and we are looking at booking our return we loved it that much. There are plenty of sunbeds to go around and a small stretch of private beach with sunloungers if you prefer. Service available all day at the bar/restaurant for food/ snacks ice cream and drinks. Free WIFI. We found we could have a day chilling by the pool or a walk into kardamena centre with its fishing port and bars snd restaurants as well as quaint shops to buy gifts. We would definitely recommend Mammis beach ⛱️.

What an amazing hotel with an amazing location. Surrounded by mountains and the sea on the front door. I don't understand why there are negative reviews about this place. At the end of the day this is a 3 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ hotel you want 5 star luxury go somewhere else. This place is brilliant. The food is great, breakfast consists of eggs 🍳 (scrambled or fried sometimes), bacon 🥓, a few cereals, bread 🍞 for toast, yoghurt, a few pastries and juice 🧃 and coffee ☕. Daytime and evening food has a very good menu with lots of variety. Highly recommend the garlic crème mushrooms and saganaki (obviously). Staff are very helpful and friendly bringing drinks and food out to you around the pool. The pool is a decent size with plenty of sunbeds for everyone, so no need to race to get one early. Rooms are good with all you need. Bathroom with a good powerful shower 🚿, toilet 🚽 and sink in a wet room style. Fridge and a sink with a few glass. Bed 🛏️, wardrobe, bedside tables, dresser table with big mirror and a separate table. A small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. House keeping came around everyday. One lady doing all 20 odd rooms. It was nice and quiet at the end of June when we were there no noisy kids (thank god), a lovely peaceful time. It isn't really suited for families in my opinion and that suited us just fine. A nice quiet relaxing holiday ❤️ A mix of guests from Brits, Germans, and Eastern European and everyone was quite chilled even with the world cup on TV 😁 The only constructive bit of criticism I would say are 2 issues. Firstly it would be nice if you could have a do not disturb sign for the housekeeper. Also if your door is facing the mountains, it gets terribly windy at night and maybe the seals have gone on the door, so maybe replace them as the door occasionally bangs but these were 2 minor issues, everything was great We had a fantastic time here and it has to be good when your partner says she'd happily come back here again.

When we first looked at this hotel and read some of their reviews we wondering if we had made the right choice! On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by Renata ( Mum) with a wonderful smile. This is family hotel with George ( father) and Niko ( son). We have just spent a week at this fantastic hotel and it’s been one of the best holidays we have ever had, lots of laughs and being welcomed into the hotel. It’s so nice to go down to the pool each morning to fine no towels being put out onto the sunbeds to reserve plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Also more sun beds on the beach opposite. Breakfast was always freshly cooked and Renata (mum) went above and beyond that everyone had what they wanted. Menu at the hotel was great and freshly cooked, we found it much cheaper both food & drink here at the hotel than going into town. We are looking to coming back in Sept this year or next year as soon as the family can get us booked in. The boys at the bar Niko and Aggelos are both a good laugh and both friendly geezers .
