We stayed here after a friend recommended it, pretty cheap hotel in a great location rooms were clean fresh bedding and couldn't ask for a better location. 2 minute walk to the square where the shops bars and restaurants are. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. It is a lively hotel at night which has a nightclub with karaoke etc and loud music. Unfortunately we were located at the top of the stairwell which was very noisy as the music and other guests shouting echoing through the corridors and slamming the door to come up the stairs. (this should be changed to an anti slam door) But this did not ruin our stay we still enjoyed it. The aircon was very good in the room and didn't leave us leaving stuffy or congested which was good! If you’re looking for a cheap lively hotel at night in close proximity to the centre this is the hotel for you. (Its also about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to Kos town for €4.50)

Just got back to normality... Had no idea what to expect - within seconds of entering Dimitri had taken our cases to room, Markos had us checked in and there were shots in front of us. Set the tone for the holiday. Small but brilliantly friendly hotel - the feel good vibe is evident always. George's beaming smile and booming laugh at breakfast, Sia and Gregory taking over in the afternoon, Dimitri and his crazy nights - with Markos available to sort absolutely anything out for you and chucks in a free greek lesson or 2!! Excellent value food and drink available, usual music and Karaoke at night - no issues with noise for us at all. Greek night was fantastic - €15 for BBQ prepared by George - Soulvaki , greek sausage and pork belly - greek salad and tatziki - perfect. Then the dancers - tremendous energy and crowd participation throughout - brilliant laugh. The plate smashing finale was hilarious! They were just trialing a Latin dance lesson night so that may continue through season. The bar is quiet until midnight then it's a very popular lively location - has a big reputation - in a good way. Even if not staying here you are made welcome. The room was everything we needed, modern great air con, fridge kettle, lovely walk in shower. Kept the room on (til 8pm) only €40 - godsend with early evening pick up. Pool area small but never issue getting beds, lovely vibe and music there. You go to this hotel as a customer and leave as a friend - many are returning customers you can see why - will be back for sure. Location is fantastic - 5 mins to crossroads bar and the bar at, 2mins more than that to beach. 5 mins right to supermarket and main square. 15 mins right to the east end beach bars and restaurants. 20 mins transfer - we were first drop and last pick up.
