All the bad reviews about overbooking at this hotel are true. I had confirmation for 2 rooms for 7 nights in the main hotel, had communicated via Expedia with the hotel to confirm my rooms were in the main hotel NOT the annexe and had a confirming email from the hotel saying all was fine. We arrived at 11:30 PM to be told the only room (singular) available was a basement room in the annexe.... The hotel offered no help in finding somewhere else at close to midnight.....we were refused access to any management. We returned the following morning to attempt to salvage the remainder of our booking only to be told the only rooms available were 2 basement rooms in the annexe. The housekeeper threatened to call the police, no sight of any management. The only upside to the tale is Irene the poor receptionist who has to front this shambles during the day found us via a friend a better hotel. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS HOTEL TELLS YOU. BOOK AT YOUR PERIL

The people that worked in the hotel were the best, they're always ready to help, and they're really really nice people. Any time we had a question about something they always helped in the best way. Really felt at home.

Booked well in advance for a two bedroom apartment with sea view ( from brochure) two weeks before departure we were informed that they don’t have any two bedroom apartments with sea view and would we be happy with pool view. Upon arrival we were given for three adults a two bedroom apartment the first bedroom had just room for the twin beds and the balcony only had two chairs ( for three). The Second bedroom was children’s bunk beds. Daughter was not happy as she paid as an adult. The dining kitchen was dark and again we only got two chairs for the three of us. The fridge had the last occupants leftovers in. Kettle and toaster didn’t work, and no plug for the sink. Won’t be coming to this hotel again
