Found my stay here to be absolutely brilliant, from Anna on reception to my housekeeping lady mirella, who made me smile every day…the rooms were perfect and cleaned every day.Breakfast was varied and I think catered for every taste. There are plenty of places to eat along the front but I found the hotel food was really nice. Also a good location for the town as you walk along the seafront.I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a very relaxed and perfect holiday.♥️😎

My experience at this hotel in Kos was unfortunately absolutely negative. The structure is old and poorly maintained, with a really insufficient level of cleanliness. The room was uncommentable: dark, with a tiny shower closed by a dirty curtain and shorter than the shower tray, so much so that each time the bathroom flooded. The general feeling of dirt was evident both in the room and in the common areas. The staff was also not attentive or helpful, which made the stay even more disappointing. Breakfast was another sore point: very poor, with little choice and mediocre quality. Moreover, I find it absurd that for every extra request – such as a cappuccino or a simple coffee – an additional payment is required, even though breakfast was already included. In summary, an experience that I would not recommend to anyone. The hotel is in urgent need of modernisation, a more thorough cleaning and above all a different approach to customers.

I’ve stayed in many hotels before, but never have I experienced such disappointing and chilly customer service as at Zephyros in Kos. I don’t write this review lightly – it comes from sheer frustration and disbelief at how little effort the staff put in at a time when I really needed help. An emergency forced me to cut my trip short early. I didn’t even ask for a full refund – just a partial refund for the nights I couldn’t stay anymore. A little understanding can mean so much, right? But not here. All I got was a hard-hitting “statement in the terms”. No flexibility, no empathy, not even an attempt to think along with me. A phone call to the owner? A message to the manager? Anything? Nothing. And at that point, it wasn't about money for a long time. It was about principle. If someone is in a difficult situation and you ask for help nicely, you expect at least a little humanity. But I haven't felt it here at all. About the rest of the hotel: fine in itself, but also not special. You really have to walk a long way to the center, or rent a bike – which adds up quickly in terms of costs. The rooms are okay, but the bathroom is really small and not exactly clean. You can barely turn around without crashing into something. The beds are old and low to the ground, and therefore sleep far from comfortably. But honestly? I could have accepted all that if the customer friendliness had been good. Welcoming isn’t just about a place to sleep – it’s about how you’re treated when something goes wrong. And in that respect, Zephyros hotel has completely failed. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for sincere Service or a place where they still really care about their guests. Do better. Ps. 1 outlet for 2 people is bizarre...
