Anemos Apartments

Poppy Irene and the family/staff. A. Amazing place to stay. We are doing a three week island hopping and Mykonos is a beautiful island. The hotel/apartments are 500 metres from the beach and lots of restaurants and night life as well as public bus and taxi boat. The friendliness of this hotel is 2nd to none I just whet to reception and asked “do you have a pack of cards” 10 mintues later Irene brought a pack to our room. As one example All I can say is love it love it love it. Not that expensive

What a marvellous week in Ornos. Thanks to Poppy, Irené, Maria and the whole family. As soon you are arrived you feel home from one Year to the other one. Large and clean appartement with terrasse, kolossal breackfast, 5 minutes from Ornos Beach and 30 minutes from Mykonos for the gorgeous sunset! The place to be and to enjoy. Confortable and discret far away from the international jetset 😁

We can’t praise Poppy and family for everything they did for us. You get a much better service than you pay for. They really do go above and beyond to make you feel special and to make your stay the best experience you can have. The location is wonderful with Ornos beach a couple of minutes walk to the left and Wondy beach a few minutes to the right. Both locations have bus stops to take you to Shirley Valentine beach or onto Mykonos for €4. We had an apartment at the front above the office. The room was done to a high standard and was exceptionally clean and functional. I do feel the room could do with a set of drawers and in such a spacious room there was enough room for some. There simply wasn’t anything for small items or underwear etc. Poppy often declined payment for certain things and said that drink was on her etc as a gift to us. Or came out with food or pizza and said it was a gift from her and the family. Her bar prices are not expensive and she could charge so much more. A bottle of beer from a bar almost next door was more than double what Ornos charge. For self catering apartments in the area you won’t get anywhere near this truly wonderful family service. I had an issue when I broke my phone and they lent me a phone to help me out. They were even going to let me take it home. Would I recommend anyone to stay here 100% yes. Would I stay here again. 100% yes. Why? Because they value everyone as people and love your custom. Thank you Poppy and family, you are without doubt wonderful and caring people. 🫶🏻
