Charissi

I was at the Charissi at the beginning of July with friends. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Dimitra with such warmth and kindness that we felt right at home. Dimitra speaks Italian very well; she advised us on how to get around, which beaches to see, and what to visit. The hotel is family-run and makes you feel like family. Breakfast is both sweet and savory buffet, not excessive but with everything. About a 20-minute walk from Mykonos Town, the center, downhill going there, uphill coming back. By car, it is possible to reach many beaches and several small towns to visit from the hotel in an average of 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

It is run by a family, always cheerful and smiling, ready to advise you on travel, places to visit, and beaches to go to. The services offered are essential but well-managed. The rooms are not huge, but they have everything you need. Breakfast is simple, good both sweet and savory (the Greek yogurt is exquisite). One of the owners, Dimitra, also speaks Italian very well. The location of the property is excellent for reaching any point on the island. In 20 minutes on foot you can reach the city center; there are some ups and downs, but it is a good compromise given the difficulty in finding parking in the center due to the large influx of tourists on the island.

The managers, who also communicate in Italian, provide guidance on what to do and are ready to assist with any requests, even those not within their competence. Excellent location to reach any point on the island. In 20 minutes on foot, you can reach the city center, a bit uphill, but it's a great compromise to avoid searching for parking downtown.
