The summer shades in Paros, was a hotel with excellent views, good facilities and rooms able to serve the needs of their tenants. However, it is worth mentioning the staff for whom my feelings are ambivalent. The courtesy, kindness and promptness of the receptionist (Ioannis), the rest of the staff, but also the associate driver who transported us, save Ageneia, the full of negative mood and nerves lady who is probably in an administrative position of the hotel and made every contact with the management of the hotel a little unbearable. Therefore, I do not intend to stay in the absence of electricity and hot water, which I will consider simply shortcomings that can take care of.

The hotel is situated on a main road. When we went to our allocated room we knew we couldn’t stay in it. It was dirty, dingy and smelly. When I initially told staff about the smell, they told me to open the window. The room was in desperate need of updating and there were jagged loose tiles in the bedroom. We asked if we could move rooms and to be fair, we were offered 3 different options. The best option would have seen us pay another €500 for the 4 nights we were there and I just couldn’t justify this. We did take another room, however again it felt dingy and needed some TLC. As you walked around the hotel, the walk ways were dirty, there was paint spilled it was just scruffy. The beds around the pool had seen better days and the cushions on many beds were stained and ripped. We only managed to stay 2 nights and we changed our ferry to go back to Santorini. This hotel is in desperate need of some love and attention but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not worth it. They will Nickle and dime you for everything and the front desk staff does not know what they are doing. BAD!!!
