ALEXIA (STUDIOS)

I was a guest with my wife and daughter from 07/31/26 to 08/07/26. Hotel located in the middle of several construction sites, therefore at 7 in the morning, a wake-up call is guaranteed. Just as at night due to the proximity of two nightclubs and the shouting of the kids returning to the hotel late at night. Tiny room where you can barely move (I had booked a triple and was assigned a double with an extra cot). Car parking not available. Very small pool on the street, effectively unusable. But the best part is that water on the 5th floor is only available periodically. In the last 4 days of the stay, it was available only a few hours a day. However, to solve the problem, the reception makes the spa bathrooms and showers available for showering or using the bathroom (I thought I had booked a room with an en-suite bathroom). This occurred 4 out of 7 days. I sent an email to the property, and they apologized and informed me that 2000 membership points would be credited to us. Offer declined, also because I will not book Mercury chain hotels in the future. I would have expected them to at least offer us the bar drinks, which amounted to 63 euros and were regularly paid for, as an apology.

The hotel was great, the staff especially the rooms the food was great.

We visited this hotel last September with our daughter and young baby. From walking in we were impressed by the cleanliness and very friendly reception staff. Our rooms were the upgraded ones with a splash pool outside and this made the holiday for us. The bar staff were also very friendly and prices were reasonable. I can highly recommend this hotel. I must mention some of the reception staff who absolutely loved our granddaughter and spoke to us every time we passed. In particular Meltem, Alexander, Melinda and Angie were so lovely.
