This hotel deserves the highest rating, it is exceptional, and it is the perfect hotel for special occasions, such as honeymoons (which I was on with my wife!). Because it is a large resort, but doesn't have loads of rooms, it never feels busy even when it is full! It is in a perfect secluded location.
The main buffet and all the a la cartes feel like fine dining, where the most impressive thing is the etiquette of the dining staff. They treat you so well and their all-round service is exceptional. They are all so efficient, happy, polite and professional. Their attention to detail such as when serving wine (especially Andi) is amazing to see. We loved how they serve bottled water in an ice bucket, and always ensure your glasses of water are topped up.
Credit to all the ladies that welcomed us to the main buffet with a smile every time. They often asked if we had had a good day and/or wished us a good day, and always wished us a lovely meal, and they always pulled the chair out for the lady.
We would like to thank Penelope for her great service every time we were having lunch outside in the main buffet. And Jani was very good in the Italian, Greek and Grill a la cartes.
The gelato from the Gelateria was delicious as well, and the lady there was lovely, always greeting us with a smile and asking us how we were.
All the a la cartes were exceptional, food beautifully presented, especially the Thalassa seafood restaurant which had incredible views. All of the food served in the main buffet and a la cartes was of such a high quality. A lot of it homemade on site using local ingredients from Rhodes, including fresh orange juice at breakfast. The food was delicious and always perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned. Even something as simple as chips were so perfectly seasoned they were delicious. The food was different every day as well. I am gluten-free and there was always so much choice for me, and everything was clearly labelled as to what allergens were in foods. In the a la cartes they were also happy to make meals gluten-free for me on request. Now we are back home we really miss this food.
The hotel grounds are stunning, absolutely spotless. All of the resident swallows provided an entertaining show every evening, flying around with so much energy. There's plenty of sparrows too but neither cause an issue, because the staff clear plates away so quickly.
The rooms are great, we had a deluxe sea view room. Lovely whirlpool bath and incredible view. A couple of suggestions, can the bathrooms have more towel hooks, and can there be a drying rack on the balcony for wet swimwear. A very minor niggle was that some days we got face washcloths/flannels, and on others we didn’t.
Any issues we had were dealt with promptly by the excellent reception staff. Alexandros, the guest relations manager, always ensured we were having a good honeymoon, and he always walks around talking to guests.
We liked how we didn't need to wear an all-inclusive wrist band, signing receipts instead even though everything was free. You also tip the staff through the receipts if you wish.
The beach is beautiful, plenty of sunbeds and beautiful clear water for snorkelling, water shoes recommended but not essential.
One suggestion, sunbeds are a little short around the main pool. If you were there after 9am you were unlikely to get one until late afternoon. This appears to be due to there being quite a large section of terrace with no sunbeds on by the main pool, it is sectioned off. I'm not sure why this is.
The hotel app is excellent, easily booking a la cartes and ordering food and drink to your sunbed!
Weather was incredible. We stayed for nearly 2 weeks from late June to mid July and it was sunny every day, the sun didn’t go in once! There was always a nice breeze blowing out to sea making it feel a bit less hot. Evenings were a perfect temperature.
Finally we recommend hiring a car, there is a desk in the hotel lobby and the hire cars are at the hotel!

We celebrated our anniversary at this hotel, and it was the best decision. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, there were treats waiting for us in the room, and the next day we were surprised with a cake.
The hotel is very large and beautiful, and everything is clean. The staff are very kind and friendly, and everyone is ready to help with any request. The food is delicious and varied, so everyone can find something they like. A pleasant surprise was that, with the all-inclusive package, we could also dine at the hotel’s restaurants free of charge.
The beach is beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. It is the perfect hotel for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely come back.

I have just returned from a weeklong holiday at the Atrium Prestige, as an all inclusive plus guest with Jet2 Holidays.
Positives
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is set on the side of a hill in the south east of Rhodes and we were taken there by private transfer from Rhodes Airport - took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Upon arrival we were greeted by the night manager (it was about 1am) who offered us a glass of sparkling wine to welcome us to the resort. We were then taken by golf buggy to our rooms, and shown the facilities along the way. As it was a late arrival and the restaurant was closed there was a fresh fruit platter and two cold plates in the room for us to have something to eat.
We had a Platinum Beach Junior Suite with sea view and private pool. It was absolutely stunning. Comfy super king sized bed, huge bathroom with double sinks, shower cubicle and a whirlpool bath with an overhead shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided, along with Bvlgari shampoo etc. There was also a coffee maker with nespresso capsules, ample bottles of water and a complimentary mini bar which was topped up daily.
The hotel and bedrooms were immaculately clean. Cleaning in the bedrooms was twice daily.
There are several a la carte restaurants which require booking through the app, 24 hours in advance. We ate at a couple of them and they were very nice. The main restaurant was buffet style but you could also eat from an a la carte menu that changed nightly. Shout out to Irini who was one of the more senior wating staff in the main restaurant. She was excellent at her job! The food choice here was varied and we all managed to get something at every meal.
The spa is beautiful and my daughter and I had 25 minute back and neck massages that were complimentary to guests in our suite. We didn't use the gym but it looked to be well kitted out and very clean.
There are a couple of table tennis tables and a large chess set which can be used by guests. There was also a pool table which I think cost 2 euro to play. There is also mini golf but we didn't play. There is also a children's club - we were travelling as an adult family so cannot comment on this.
The pool are is lovely with a separate children's pool and sun loungers around the side. Pool towels are provided. There is access to a beach with sun loungers etc too and plenty of people swimming in the sea. Both of these areas have a bar where you can order your drinks from your lounger.
We also hired a car from the desk in the lobby. The guy here (didn't get his name) was fab! Advised us on which roads to use, parking etc and the best time to visit places.
NEGATIVES
I had emailed the hotel in the advance about dietary requirements. On the first evening we had a dinner reservation at the Prestigio Mediterranean restaurant. I asked for gluten free pasta, to be told that I had to order that 24 hours in advance in all of the restaurants! Later, upon speaking to the Guest Relations Manager it turns out that this was not the case. I had to just ask the head waiter in the restaurant and this would be possible. After that, that's exactly what I did. On every occasion that I asked for GF food I was given it without any issue, although on morning had to wait 15 minutes for GF bread at breakfast. One other concern is that there is no GF toaster in the main restaurant (that I was aware of) so if you have coeliacs disease be aware that you will use the same toaster as non-GF bread.
We attended the spa to use the hydrotherapy pool. The girl on reception (didn't get her name) could hardly be bothered with us. No introduction to the spa or facilities, and when we asked how to use something, she said "press the button". We told her we had done that and it wasn't working, to which she said "that's impossible" and walked away!!! Hardly the attitude expected of a spa employee in a resort such as this! The rest of the spa staff were amazing!
At the pool bar one of the glass panels has a huge crack the full length of the glass and isn't taped off - could cause a very serious injury if force was applied to it. On the issue of broken glass, a glass was broken ourside a neighbouring hotel room. This was cleaned up by a member of staff, while being supervised by the head of housekeeping. However, he cleared up the broken glass and left it basically in the flowerbeds outside our room!! When I mentioned this to reception it was cleared up immediately!!
As mentioned in a previous review, the sunbed hoggers exist here too and put their towels down for the day meaning that other guests can't use the beds. By the end of the day there was also a bit of mess around the pool when glasses etc hadn't been removed. There was no issue getting a sunbed at the beach
Finally, and this is not a reflection on the staff or the hotel, this is a hotel that has visitors from all over the world. Not all guests are considerate! We had an incredibly loud and rude family in the room next to us who made it quite unpleasant to sit on our terrace. There's absolutely nothing that a hotel can do about other peoples ignorance though! Similarly, people being loud and obnoxious in the restaurant, standing between tables chatting loudly when people are trying to enjoy their meal, and the guy who thought it was acceptable to smoke a cigar in the bar in the evening :( These are minor irritations though and absolutely not a reflection on the hotel!
Overall, however this is a phenomenal hotel in a beautiful location. Immaculately clean with friendly and helpful staff. I'd return in a second!!
