Amazing stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of my stay. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. One of the highlights was the hotel's friendly dog, who made the experience even more special. He was very sweet, well-behaved, and always brought a smile to my face. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to come back!

The hotel offers the bare essentials you'd expect from a 2-star property. While the balcony was a decent size, noise from the nearby main street was disruptive. The shower, for some mysterious reason, is an open-concept design, resulting in a floor that doubles as a mini lake after every rinse. Air conditioning is advertised, but what they mean is: “We’ll unlock cold air for €20 a day.” Now, about the pool situation. My husband took our 4-year-old daughter for a swim—she was wearing armbands and under constant supervision. We were told she could not be in the main pool and had to stay in a small, shallow splash zone—unsuitable for swimming and more appropriate for babies. When I asked the staff why, I was met with an unfriendly response and vague reasoning about safety. No clear rule was cited, and the sign in reception only states that children must be supervised—no age limits, no mention of separate zones. Oddly enough, the next day we saw other kids roughly the same age as our daughter swimming freely in the main pool the next day. It looked like the hotel rules are just made up on the fly. Customer service? Let’s just say the hotel staff—singular, because we only saw one lady —was the sort of person who’d win gold in the passive-aggressive Olympics. Combine that with the heartbreaking sight of a dog chained in the scorching 40°C sun. Would I recommend this hotel for families with children? Only if your idea of fun includes negotiating pool politics and pretending your room's a sauna. Two stars might’ve been generous.

The hotel is situated in between Faliraki and Afandou which makes the selection of nearby restaurants limited. Closest beach, (nice and not crowded) is about 1 km away. They charge extra for the AC and the fridge. 60 euros for one week. The dog chained in the back garden is a sad sight and it looks like it wants to die. We changed to a different hotel after two nights. All in all, a hotel I would not recommend if you want more than pool and a highway.
