There were 4 rooms off an internal courtyard and typically Lindian. On entering our room we were shocked as this space was No Way Luxury as advertised on the website. Our room was actually tiny and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Floors had clearly not been swept since last guests departed, as dust and hairs were all over. Bathroom not cleaned just a squirt of loo cleaner inside toilet. Floor dusty with hair in corners and was not swept at all during our 14 day stay either. The Advertised Toiletries had not been replenished and were almost empty. Had to chase refills with cleaner after few days. There was no welcome pack as advertised. Safety deposit box not working. We Have stayed in Lindos Village many times and expect basic accommodation, but do expect clean rooms with at least the advertised essentials. The Tiny lounge area housed a sofa bed, TV, sink, kettle., noisy fridge which was freezing everything, there was no toaster as advertised (but did have sandwich toaster). Tiny bathroom with low ceiling off with shower cubicle was only suitable for a short thin person. Shower Cubicle did not close properly so water went all over bathroom floor. Waterfall shower did not work but could use the hand held with some difficulty as no space in cubicle. Sink and toilet. Mezzanine stairs very steep to bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table, hairdryer. Top bannister was low and not safe as quite rickety. Lower stair was split all the way across and on day 7 when owner first visited we pointed this out, he said it would be repaired but was not fixed during our 14 day stay. No outside table and chairs outside room as advertised, except up the spiral staircase to roof. Electric tripped on several occasions. Decided not to complain to owner after speaking to previous guests during our stay and reading further reviews. We shall not return.

'Consists of 4 rooms which combines traditional and luxury accommodation' according to the website. Traditional yes, luxury NO. It was split level with a double bed up an extremely steep wooden staircase and a sofa bed downstairs. The cover on the sofa was loose and didn't look very clean. The base pulled out to provide a bed for a 3rd guest, but lack of space would've made toilet trips during the night impossible without standing on the sleeping person. There was no hot plate or toaster; one of the plates was badly chipped round the edge; there was only one dessert spoon which meant taking breakfast in turns; there was a chopping board but no chopping knife and the fridge door inside and out looked dirty. There were no beach towels so we phoned the owner who said the cleaner would bring them the next day at 11am. We wanted to be on the beach by then, so they agreed to deliver them later that night. The bathroom was small and cramped with a dangerous sharp corner on the shower tray. The bathroom was not stocked with any toiletries so another call had to be made. One shower door was jammed making it difficult to squeeze into the cubicle. My husband managed to free it but the doors didn't close properly at the bottom so the gap allowed water to flood the floor. There were no bathrobes, slippers, wine or fruit. The bedsheets, although washed, were stained with blood. A lightbulb on my side of the room didn't work and with the dark wooden ceiling it made it very dim. There was a definite lack of cupboard/drawer space and the safe took up one of the shelves in the wardrobe. There were no instructions for the safe which we thought was electronic as it made beeping noises, so after yet another phone call, we discovered there was a key to open it. The space between the bed and the arch was tiny making it a tight squeeze to get by. The aircon was appalling and didn't work properly. It was cooler outside than in. The roof terrace had some basic chairs and tables, but not enough if residents from all 4 rooms were up there. The photos on the website and trip advisor show comfy seating and made it look better than it actually was. No windows downstairs, only a tiny window in the bedroom and a large window with a blind which overlooked the balcony. Unfortunately the bottom of the blind was ornate and lacy which meant that people on the balcony at night time could see you getting undressed. Towels and sheets were changed on very random days and we never once saw the owner. We chose this place because our usual accommodation was booked. I don't have a problem with traditional Greek properties and in fact it could've been really lovely. If you're going to advertise on your website what you provide, then you have to provide it and if you use the word 'luxury' then it needs to be luxurious. The rooms are about a 15-20 minute walk form the main beaches, not just a few metres as the website states, but then we knew that as we've visited Lindos many times, but others may not. We definitely won't be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. Was a super cute studio apartment and we thought it was nice having the split level living to sleeping area. Terrace and courtyard were amazing and provided the best views. Location couldn’t be better; right by shops and restaurants, 10-15 mins from the beach and 5 mins from main square!
