Everything was terrible.I get it’s a 3 star but you would try to get higher standards.Receptionist was bad she huffed when we arrived as if it was a chore for her to get up to check us in.We then arrived to the room there was blood on the pillow fingerprints on the wall it was disturbing and disgusting. For an all inclusive you get given a token to get a drink if you don’t bring your glass back you won’t get your token back to get another drink. If you lost your token it’s €5 to get another it’s absolutely diabolical. We then went down to breakfast it was stone cold and the eggs had dust on DUST.It was horrible luckily we changed hotels we could not stay there.
TUI should not excuse this for “well it’s a 3 star what do you expect” no this should not be there case they should try to do everything in the power to attempt to make this place a 4 star so they can do better.
Look at the grim sunbeds

I would like to start by saying that the reception from the staff was very poor, especially from one of the women who worked there. In addition, virtually no one at the hotel spoke English. It was only Greek and Russian, which made it very difficult to get help.
I know the hotel is 3-star, and we didn't expect luxury. But a little standard is still allowed. The rooms were amazing, and I mean amazingly, bad. The toilet smelled of drains 24/7, it was shabby, there was mold on the walls and the doors could not even close properly if you did not ban them shut. Sometimes you could literally sleep with a half-open door.
Another very cheap thing that really ruined the trip was that the hotel only gives a key card to the room. This means that you have to take your card with you every time you go out, which means that all electricity is cut off. The AC stops working, the fridge turns off and everything gets hot. You will not be able to have anything edible or cold in the fridge, and when you return you will be greeted by a room that is a sauna. Together with the constant sewage smell, it becomes quite frankly unbearable.
Room service did not clean the rooms properly. They didn't change sheets or towels, but just folded the dirty ones back up. Everything was spotty, dirty and smelled very bad.
And don't even let me start with breakfast. It was really bad. The food tasted very bad, the cutlery was dirty and the range was very limited.
I came here with three friends. We didn’t have high expectations, but this was certainly beneath contempt. A little moderation, though.
The pool was freezing, and the lifeguard was very rude. He told us not to talk or laugh too loudly because we disturbed the other guests, who were mostly pensioners.
When you have already paid for the entire trip, you will also have to pay an additional €5 per day in taxes when you arrive at the hotel. The deck chairs were few and many of them were broken.
But the absolute worst was the toilets. They were incredibly unfresh and smelled like sewers around the clock.
I really do not recommend this hotel. If you are thinking about booking this hotel – think again and think right. Rather spend the extra $200-$300 on a 4-star hotel. I promise that money is worth every penny and will make your journey to heaven instead of this.
