This hotel really cares about its guests!
Whilst we were visiting we had 2 celebrations, the hotel put some lovely gifts in the room for us on both ocassions.
The hotel is spotless! your cleaners do a fantastic job.
All the staff are friendly.
The grounds are well kept.
the rooms are spotless and very comfortable.
great location.
Drinks are nice and tasty.
the only negative was the food, personally i found the food choice for a 5 star hotel a bit of a downer.
The barman at the pool bar is a real credit to the hotel, very friendly and knows what your drinking!
would i visit again, of course i would
