Rodos Palladium

We have already spent our vacation for the 10th. time at the Rodos Palladium and are thrilled by this beautiful hotel every year. The location on a beautiful sandy beach near the capital, the excellent, competent and friendly service, the outstanding food and the very beautiful rooms make this hotel the best on the island for us. Everything is just right here. Whether relaxing on the beach, using the gym or getting pampered in the spa, you can spend a dream vacation on the island of Rhodes here. We can highly recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from two wonderful weeks at Rodos Palladium and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single detail of our stay was handled with genuine warmth, professionalism and care. The food throughout our stay was outstanding — a fantastic selection and consistently high quality across every restaurant. A particular highlight was Sunday night fish night, where an endless supply of beautifully cooked king prawns were available. I took full advantage of that and they were delicious. What really elevated our stay, however, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, efficient and thoroughly professional. A special mention must go to Mirela in Reservations who went above and beyond for our family from the very first enquiry, and her kindness and generosity made a real difference to our holiday before we had even arrived. Chrissa in Guest Relations, whose warmth and attentiveness made us feel looked after throughout our stay. Pavlos at the Mythos main bar who was an absolute pleasure every evening — always smiling, always attentive, and clearly loved by guests and colleagues alike. Nikolas in the Symposium main restaurant, who despite being a proud Tottenham Hotspur supporter, more than made up for it with his charm and friendly banter on a daily basis. All are a fantastic asset to Rodos Palladium and a great reflection of what the General Manager Mr Mortzos, has set out to achieve with his hotel, a hotel whose main selling point is it's level of service. Mr Mortzos' personal involvement and kindness throughout our stay went far beyond what we could ever have expected. It is clear that he supports his staff very well and they enjoy working for him. The pool was lovely and clean, and the sunbed service delivering food and drink directly to us was very efficient and carried out by super friendly and professional staff. The onsite shop was a great addition too, offering everything you might need during your stay. The beach itself was lovely — clean, with free sunbeds and umbrellas, and just a short walk from the hotel's main grounds. The view of the beach from the Poseidon beach bar was simply stunning. The hotel itself is beautiful, offering amazing views over the sea from the moment you step outside. Our room was spotlessly clean throughout our stay, with housekeeping clearly taking real pride in their work every single day. We came away from this holiday with truly beautiful memories as a family, and that is entirely down to the extraordinary team at Rodos Palladium.
