From the moment we arrived at 2.30am the hotel staff were accommodating and kind - asking if we were hungry as they had soup and rolls for late arrivals which was a lovely touch. All of the staff are really good with their guests - whether it’s asking questions at reception, getting drinks from the bar - special mention to the lobby bar staff who never seem to be put off by the guests waiting. They have always have a laugh and joke while serving. In all the restaurant’s they are continually cleaning, clearing, serving and replenishing - they are well organised with staff overseeing it and have a really good rapport going on. We thoroughly enjoyed the food available the entire time we were there: Do take advantage of the themed restaurant nights they have on offer. We managed to get to the Italian and the Asian nights and were served fantastic food and very well looked after by the staff there. Teo managed to fit us in for one of the nights when we thought we couldn’t get in. He looks after all of his guests extremely well and chats to them when he sees them around the hotel - again another lovely touch. The hotel has the most beautiful beach at the bottom of a pretty steep hill but don’t let that put you off - do give it a try.
Overall, a lovely relaxing holiday.
