Absolutely awful experience. First, they tried to scam us by demanding more money on arrival than what was originally booked — no warning, no explanation, just pay more or leave. That was bad enough, but then it got worse. A bald male receptionist walked straight into our room without knocking while my sister was CHANGING. No apology, no reason, just walked in like he owned the place. It was invasive, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. We checked out early because we no longer felt safe. This is beyond unprofessional — it’s disgusting. If you care about your privacy, safety, or just not being ripped off, do not stay here. Management should be ashamed. Fix your staff and your shady pricing practices.

To be absolutely avoided I’ve never had such a terrible experience in a hotel that is more expensive The staff is very aggressive the rooms do not match the photos at all we spoke with other clients who have had the same experience as us breakfast is inedible Yet we often travel to Greece it is the worst experience

Bad service: we asked for help for them to call to confirm a boat ride we booked and they said they couldn't make calls to the guests. Another day we asked for disposable glasses to drink a drink and refused too. The hotel is dirty and breakfast is wellmmm limited. And stay away from Oya, you can't walk.
