Anemos beach lounge

Hotel is distrusting, dingy and unclean. Pictures advertised are of a different hotel, which staff admitted!! Ultimately you do not receive the room you pay for. Staff are rude and unhelpful and even after admitting that they did not provide us with the room advertised they would not give us our money back. Bathrooms are horrendous and feature only salt water. The shower, if you can call it that, is a tiny area in the corner literally connected to the toilet in which you can just about fit. There is no door/curtain and so water flies left right and center making it difficult to get out of the shower without falling over and even use the bathroom at all after a shower as everything gets completely drenched - extremely dangerous. Rooms were hardly cleaned and were small, dark and most of time smelly. Bedsheets were like sandpaper which I had to constantly keep asking for them to be changed as cleaners would not do so. The air con facility is a shambles. Most of the time you cannot use it and it leaks heavily. Overall experience in this hotel was terrible. Would advise everyone to steer clear and avoid at all costs. If I could award minus stars I would do so!

With that said - the staff was more than friendly to us and helped a lot. We had a big room with a very big terrace - too big and there was no ocean view over it even though we were promised. We could see a little ocean far far away. The water was cold and with little pressure and the lock didn't really work. I give it 3 stars for their sweet and friendly staff and because it was okay value for money. Would we go again I would choose a different hotel though.

We didn't book this place, we were moved from Bella Santorini for the last of 4 nights. We were promised a nice room, instead we faced the bins. The towels were rough like sand paper, toilet blocked after first use and we told the reception to be told they can't do anything about it. We were given the room next to reception so we could hear phones, people talking. Pics not as described. The only positive is the family of cats living at Bella Santorini. We could go back and feed them.
