Cliff Side Suites

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of June and it is absolutely spectacular. It was our first trip to Santorini and we were greeted with a very warm welcome and were very lucky to be upgraded to suite 101 with our own terrace overlooking the caldera. The hotel and location are absolutely stunning. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with wonderfully comfortable beds. The pools and jacuzzis are lovely and are perfectly sized for a cliff side location. Breakfast was beautiful and the lovely young lady there was more than helpful and always friendly and pleasant while working serving food and drinks. There are no negatives about this wonderful place. The staff are fabulous, always ready to help and make your holiday a special experience. The hotel and its location are truly spectacular- you will definitely not be disappointed if you stay here. We loved it so much we have already booked a suite for next June and can’t wait to go back.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. We paid a premium price for the Honeymoon Suite, but the service was unacceptable. During our one-week stay, our bed sheets were never changed, toiletries and bottled water were rarely replaced, and breakfast was poor with very limited options. The worst part was a serious safety incident. A pool umbrella, left open in strong wind, blew over and hit my sister in the head and shoulder. We called for help, but no one came. We had to get our own ice, and she was taken to the hospital. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the manager was rude and showed no concern. For the price, the lack of cleanliness, service, and guest safety is unacceptable. The only positive is the view, but you can find equally beautiful views all over Santorini. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

5 star view- 3 star hotel Great location and sunset No privacy on balcony every random person walks past and looks in. No soap replaced- given small cake of soap on arrival this for for both shower and sink weird! Not allowed to drink tap water but only given one bottle of water for 3 day stay but your own! Outside lights don’t turn off so light comes in bedroom all night no black out! Breakfast- poor no wonder it’s included so basic and staff standing around like zombies Pool- a little larger than a plunge pool not the place to stay if you want a pool day! There are better places nearby same view don’t stay here you will be disappointed
