Enjoy Villas

We stayed at Enjoy, and our initial check-in experience was good. However, after our first day, we went to use the sunbeds on the beach because there was a sign stating they were free for Enjoy customers. When we arrived, a young man rudely told us they were not free and that we had to pay €15 per sunbed. This was disappointing, as it contradicted the information displayed and left us feeling misled. After that experience, we felt disappointed and uneasy for the rest of our stay, as it spoiled what had started as a positive holiday.

I cannot express a judgment on the hotel, but I do not recommend the restaurant or the umbrella and sunbed rental service. The waiter in charge of the beach was rude and unhelpful, without providing us with clear information about the conditions for using the umbrellas. Upon our arrival, I specified that we would have lunch in their restaurant, but we were still required to order drinks on the beach for a minimum spend of 15 euros per person. Despite having spent over 60 euros in total between the restaurant and drinks, we were not allowed to use a front-row umbrella and were placed in the third row instead. Furthermore, it was not clarified whether the minimum fee of 15 euros per person included children as well. We were four people, including two children: having spent 60 euros, would we have been entitled to two umbrellas? On the seafront of Kamari, there are many other restaurants and establishments. Based on our experience, I recommend choosing another place.
