Honeymoon Petra Villas

I stayed here with my wife for two nights. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The rooms and facilities were incredible. We had our own private balcony overlooking the caldera. It looked like it was right out of a postcard. I’m so glad we stayed here and not in another town (Oia), as this hotel and town is much quieter and more serene. The views from the hotel pool is pure bliss. The breakfast overlooking the sea and Skaros mountain was probably my favorite. My wife and I can’t wait until we get back here.

We booked a hotel room and made a mistake in the figure for the month, scheduled from September 02 to September 08, the booking and payment made from August 02 to August 08. We wrote to the hotel that we had made a mistake, we were told that the amount was not refundable and the deadline could not be changed to September. Lost money. Didn't like that the hotel couldn't offer anything and do and help us. Now we're looking for another hotel for September. Sorry we didn't help, sorry we're treated so badly.

As former head of Brish Airways Customer Service Worldwide I am choosy where we stay and know exceptional care when I see it . Honeymoon Suites ticks all the boxes and then some . It’s excellence at its best . The view from our room was breathtaking , the staff are wonderful , the food is delicious and the location is perfect , lots to do but half an hours beautiful walk from the capital Would I go back … in a heartbeat
