Paid for adult only hotel but they let children stay breakfast was not good and breakfast service was horrendous this hotel is not 5 stars any longer it’s more suited to 3 stars MIA in bar and Maria on reception were amazing

The heading more or less says it all. By advertising as a five star hotel it sets unrealistic expectations. Yes a nice hotel, staff are genuinely good, always smiling and helping. The facilities on paper are impressive but in reality they are overstretched, maintenance is slapdash (paint running over marble, tired worn out baths / shower) but it’s ok. Be warned it’s DIRECTLY under the flight bath for the airport, the noise can be very loud as the aircraft are only a few hundred feet above the hotel at that point. In addition the little pool on our balcony was noisy, filter pump runs 24/7 and kept us awake. Furthermore the pool had a disgusting ring of oil or suntan on one side, not visible until you sit in it so seems it’s missed by housekeeping. Also the porter or chap in charged of it would just walk in without knocking or asking, not acceptable. Finally the bacon is inedible, semi cooked ham.

This is not a 5star hotel got are room executive room it was so small asked reception if this is the right room She said I asked to change rooms went 24 hours later to see another room. this room was smaller went for breakfast and asked for English tea they had ran out of t bags place is a joke. 2-3 star at best my view from balcony asked for a pool view
