Transfer hotel for one night, after the beautiful island of Naxos. Dirty, sparse furnishings (1 chair on the balcony for 2 people). Sink was glued, shower curtain in the bathtub, absolutely unacceptable!!!! Reception was not available when we left in the morning. (24-hour service) Lunch package was meager and unloving, no coffee, no water. Surroundings and view are bleak and neglected. Which fairy conjured the 4 stars???? We would never voluntarily book this hotel.

this hotel has just the basic rooms with minimal furniture and amenities . The staff is available only for limited hours . Bed and mattresses are hard and uncomfortable . very basic breakfast with limited items and limited supply . If some item is finished , it is not replenished . Very rude staff in restaurant area

The hotel has recently been refurbished and it was very clean, modern and chic. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff who were all happy to help. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The perfect location which is less than 2 minutes away from the famous black beach, right next to the bus stop. Overall a great and very pleasant stay
