Mirabo Luxury Villa

BEWARE!!!!!!! I booked directly on the hotel's website for travel dates in September (yes, I know in Europe they list the dates in day/month format). I triple checked that the dates were correct before submitting the booking. When I received the confirmation email I noted that the wrong dates were listed and contacted the hotel immediately thinking this would be an easy situation to resolve; but the communication with this hotel was AWFUL. They originally offered to switch my dates, but when I requested a confirmation email, they wrote me back and said they would not accommodate my travel dates and since my reservation was nonrefundable they would not be giving me my money back. I am having to file a credit card dispute! This hotel lacks any kind of customer service, care, or understanding. This could happen to anyone and seems to be a glitch in the system they are using, but it could also be a larger scam on the hotel's part. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We had a wonderful stay at Mirabo Villa in September! The stunning views of the Aegean Sea and caldera took our breath away. Nestled on the cliffs of Firostefani, the villa beautifully blends traditional charm with modern comfort. We loved relaxing by the shared plunge pool and enjoying sunsets from the private terrace. It was the perfect romantic getaway—an unforgettable experience!

the place itself is beautiful for the VIEW and the VIEW along. the rest was less then desirable. the contact # was incorrect or they just didn't answer the fone. we were lost with google. hoping they would answer the fone only to find out that it was the owners # and this sort of thing happens constantly. Only it gets worse!! the greet person was not present so we could not get into our suite! had to wait 2hrs!! while the neighbor hotel called the owner himself! said this is a daily occurrence!! Fanis finally showed up! another couple was waiting also! quick show of the house and he left ,gave me his whats app contact besides persona email, well!! the shower head was broken and the TV nonfunctioning.. I tried to contact and leave a message but He NEVER responded! On the day we were leaving he was suppose to be @ the suite 1130AM He never showed up! we waited beyond that and missed our ferry!! So folks word to the wise DONT BOOK with THIS FACILITY!!!! never again!!
