Very basic hotel no kettle in room you have to make a drink in reception,suorised tui offer this hotel

We were greeted by a very surly manager because our flight was 90 minutes late.Our room had very little natural light only through the door that led to the postage stamp size balcony with a view of the adjacent hotel wall,not greal,but the beds were comfortable and the air con worked.The bathroom had black mould and there was no shower curtain or anything to stop the bathroom from flooding when you took a shower.Breakfast was ok,no hot food and unable to toast some bread which was paper thin,no fresh fruit for the yoghurt only tinned peaches,on the second morning the manager came into the dining room and proceeded to pick up the bread checked it over then put it back in the basket,we decided to eat breakfast elsewhere after seeing that.The pool area was good with a nice pergola for shade there was however some rotten wood that needs replacing,the poolside bar didn't open all week.On Friday there was no water in the entire hotel from late morning until late afternoon,and then to top it all off there is Deadly Nightshade inside,yes inside,the childrens play area,we called the manager who did not have a clue what we were talking about and was still there when we left on Saturday afternoon.There is also supposed to be a childrens pool but I have no idea where it is. Perissa is great and loved our time there,but if we return alterntive accomadation will be sought.

The Rena hotel is just lovely. Friendly, helpful staff who are always happy to assist with anything you need. The breakfast was ideal, fruit, cereal, lovely Greek yogurt and fresh breads, along with meats and cheeses. The pool area is great and no need to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sun bed. Sometimes there was just me and my daughter by the pool. Perfect location and a few minutes to the lovely beach one way and Dorians cocktail bar the other way offering excellent cocktails and meals from the next door restaurant. Would definitely come back was a great little find
