We stayed here for 10 nights and have no complaints whatsoever. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. There were multi-level terraces that had beautiful views and the pool was just perfect. Stan and Konstantinos were always so welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place, if it can be called a hotel, is a real shame. The only thing that was moderately rescued was Constantine's initial attention, although it was quite forced was noticeable throughout, as Stan's treatment was directly unacceptable and it was noticeable that he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. And now I'm going to tell you why Stan's attitude: The room we were given did not correspond at all with what we had booked either with the photos published on the official website or on Booking: it was a wet cave, without ventilation, in terrible conditions. The toilet and shower were broken, and the overall condition was deplorable. When we claimed Stan, the answer was that “on his printed paper it was listed as a budget room” and that, if we wanted something like what was published in the photos on the website, we had to pay an additional €25 per night. This is a clear deception to the tourist. To top it off, he reacted hostilely and aggressively as I first clarified, even pushing and threatening to throw us out if we did not accept those conditions. A totally unacceptable experience that should be denounced. I attach real photos of the room so it is clear what they offer compared to what they advertise. I recommend everyone avoid this place: it is a fraud and a total lack of respect to the guest. There are many places more at the same or lower price with much better treatment and better building facilities. PS: Forget if you have an emergency at night because you only have 10 to 10pm someone in reception when Stan is in character is NEVER in the same but on the sidewalk about 50k from the hotel smoking...

I loved the aesthetic of this place with the rustic walls, soft colour palette and stone accents. The host Stan was lovely, really chatty with all of the guests and also recommended a tattooist. I only stayed one night but I certainly would've stayed there for longer. Only a 5 min walk from the centre but good as it was out of the noise and crowds. Beware it's down steep stairs but if you're OK with that then definitely stay there!
