Santorini Reflexions Volcano

We were very well looked after by the excellent reception staff nothing was too much trouble . They originally gave my daughter and I a room very close to a sheer drop ,which was to scary with vertigo , but nothing was too much trouble and sorted us out a lovely room ,after giving us a temporary room, as we needed two beds , dad and daughter ! Great breakfast all the the great difficulty of working within Covid 19 restrictions great stay . The views are breathtaking and breakfast with those views are a huge pleasure Very highly recommended nice guests to

overall the stay was comfortable, they provided amazing breakfast, the staff were very friendly and helpful. located in main fira near the old cathedral. the view from the hotel is only accessible once you come out of your rooms. there's no open air swimming pool or Jacuzzi either . Going down 30 large steps with luggage to reach the hotel is real heck. rooms were clean but there was not enough charging points available and they are not strategically located either. they provide one bottle of water on arrival next bottles onward you have to buy coz the tap water is not drinkable or at least not suggested for drinking at thira.

Went for a long weekend on December. Strong winds and cold were adding to the experience, with all the streets almost empty and the locals having time to talk to you. I loved the simplicity of the room, a nod to Santorini's past life and aesthetics but with all modern amenities present, and the view from our "caldera view" room was incredible. Sam who takes care of the property is a warm, interesting and really caring person. All in all, we'll be back for sure!
