Lovey central hotel , friendly owner and her mother , room small but all will need

Great hospitality and excellent potential, but the property is in urgent need of significant attention. I would like to thank the owner from the bottom of my heart for her extraordinary kindness, helpfulness, and warm welcome. The hotel's location is fantastic and very central. Regrettably, however, I must point out that the hotel urgently needs maintenance work and a general refresh. The photos online show the property in a past state; today the rooms appear very dated and would require more thorough care, a renewal of the furnishings, and significantly more attention to cleanliness. Even the garden, an environment that could be a beautiful strong point for having breakfast, currently appears unfortunately unkempt, abandoned, and not sufficiently clean. It would be a real shame to see a place with so much potential fall into complete decay. I truly hope that this feedback is received as an affectionate and constructive piece of advice to take action as soon as possible and give this hotel the care it deserves.
