Villa Kavourakia

Our studio was nicely spacious and clean. The balcony had an Eagles nest view over Kolios Beach and the stunning green interesting vally below. This was our 2nd visit and as before the owner Babis was a totally friendly and helpful gentleman. The track up to the accomodation is quite nice and if you are an able bodied person it is no problem at all. If you want, Babis will give you and your luggage a lift up when you arrive if you call him from the bus stop at the bottom.The gardens and their flowers are a delight. Cant praise Villa Kavorakia enough. There are some very nice Tavernas near by.

It is a lovely villa with a very nice garden full of beautiful flowers and fruit trees, cats and Ramona, the cute dog😃 The sea view is amazing, especially the sunset is unforgettable. The owner, Babis, is a very friendly guy. It was a pleasure to know him. He has grown up in the island and he can recommend you the best places in the island. The location of the villas is very good, just 10 minutes drive to Skiathos town but very close to best beaches of the island. We are leaving our heart there.

I had a lovely stay here. Amazing views with a fantastic garden and very peaceful which is just what I needed. The owner Babis is a lovely and friendly man who even invited me to have a drink with him on a couple of evenings which I thought was really nice of him. Hope to stay here again some day.
