Skopelos Holiday Resort & Spa

We stayed at the Skopelos Village Hotel for 5 days in June 2026 as part of an island hopping trip, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable part of our holiday. The overall experience was excellent, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to Tzela at the front desk. Her customer service skills are superb. She welcomed us with genuine warmth, took care of every detail effortlessly, and made us feel incredibly valued throughout our stay. Her local insights and professional excellence truly set the standard for hospitality. We were incredibly fortunate to receive an upgrade to a Junior Suite (Room 25), which was immaculate, beautifully designed, and very spacious. Every morning began perfectly with breakfast, pairing delicious local food with wonderful, postcard-perfect views over the water.

Great hotel on the seafront with well kept gardens 10 minute walk from the main promenade and so in a more peaceful part of town. We had a sea breeze suite with patio overlooking the sea and located next to main pool and restaurant so ideal. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend this hotel more highly for a relaxing stay in skopelos.

We just loved our five night stay in the special ‘house’ at this lovely little hotel. It’s set close to the water and sitting out on its private terrace watching the sea is just stunning at all times of the day. It has a lovely airy feel and three doubles / two bathrooms and a small kitchen for basic cooking. Only downside is the proximity of the ‘house’ to the road. This wasn’t obvious in the online photos and though this didn’t bother us too much I’d be concerned if we had had small children with us. Use of the hotel pool is great. The restaurant food is delicious and a lovely breakfast was included. The setting from the restaurant is just stunning. And special praise for the two young waiting staff Malindi and Ted who are absolutely charming and work so hard at their job. They were fantastic as is the very efficient lady who manages all the hotel and tour bookings. We thoroughly enjoyed the Mama Mia tour that she suggested we try and she booked it for us; visiting the chapel and various beaches where the first film was made was fabulous. Also loved our all day sailing cruise with Aenao / Kardous Sailing. Easy walk from the hotel into town for lovely shops bars and tavernas. Supermarkets also. We walked to catch the ferry back to Skiathos wheeling our luggage and it was fine. Highly recommend a stay here.
