Allamanda Beach Resort

I had the most wonderful stay at Allamanda Beach Resort. From the moment i arrived, the staff was so lovely and made me feel completely at home— friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. It really felt like a home away from home. Everything was easy and seamless, whether i was heading to the gym, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying the beach with chairs all ready for us. The cozy beach atmosphere here made it such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. I wish I could’ve stayed longer but I can’t wait to return. Thank you. 😊

I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but I found the hotel to be clean, staff friendly and located right on the beach. Yes, the rooms are a little dated, but the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well and the AC worked. The room also came with a fridge and a coffee machine (we bought our own kettle), which meant we could make out own drinks. There is also an ice machine for drinks on the balcony in the evening. There is no restaurant or bar onsite, but there is plenty of choice in easy walking distance & a supermarket just by the hotel. The beach is through the gardens and there are plenty of sunbeds you can take onto the beach for a lazy day, with trees for shade. There were also plenty of beds around the pool and some have umbrellas. Staff were always friendly and offered recommendations for food. Overall, a lovely stay and I would definitely return to this hotel

I highly recommend this hotel. As a solo traveller and on my first time visiting the Island, I felt super safe. My lovely room keeper, Hazel, ensured my room was clean. I went to the beach for the morning, and by the time I got back for lunch, the room was cleaned and the bed made. Nelson and Wendy, the receptionists, went above and beyond- the rooms are dated and could do with an update of furniture. Allamada is on the beach - KFC is literally on the other side of the road, and the shopping mall is 3 3-minute walk - umbrellas are a 5-minute walk on the beach. I will definitely be returning if you're looking for a no-frills, clean base close to everything. Book here.
