Honestly, not great… We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we were a bit disappointed. Already upon our arrival, there was no greeting at all. The gentleman at the reception looked us up and down as if we had no business being there. To top it all off, he gave us the wrong room, so the next day the lady couldn't find us at breakfast, and in the evening someone entered our room. So honestly, not great at all. At the reception upon our arrival, we were not explained anything at all. Neither the hotel, nor the departure, nor the breakfast or pool hours. We felt like we were bothering the guy at the reception. The breakfast is decent, not much choice but it's okay, it does the job. We went back to the reception to say that our card wasn't working, but we still didn't get a greeting, and this time it was a lady. The only person who was pleasant was the housekeeper, who smiled and wished us a good stay (that's where we are). The room was fine, with a beautiful sea view, the bedding was good, we slept well, and the cleaning was done. Upon our departure, to end on a high note, we were informed that we had to pay €31. I therefore refuse and ask why, and I am informed of laundry fees of €22, even though we never used this service. I refused to pay, and after checking, she agreed with me and did not charge me, but there was no apology, nothing. Fortunately, I realized it. The positive point is that there is secure parking with a barrier and a gentleman at the entrance, so it is convenient for parking the car. We were there in the low season, on June 22, the hotel was empty, it was desolate, and it did not make us want to stay. It was good just for sleeping, but fortunately, we moved around each time. More than a disappointing stay. The disappointments begin upon arrival with a welcome cocktail that is normally offered, and I am still waiting for it. We were in a group (40 families) and arrived at 8:30 PM. They told us to hurry and eat because the restaurant was about to close. More than a day of travel with the time difference and not even time to shower. We clearly feel like we are bothering the staff, who are not friendly at all. The buffet is once again disappointing, with dishes that are served three times in a row in different forms, and the taste is lacking. No choices. No entertainment, grumpy staff, outdated hotel still under construction (leaking air conditioning, clogged shower), rooms are not cleaned before 5 PM, and what can be said about the €25 deposit for a towel, and only when the delivery took place. Leaks and mold of all kinds... Over €3000 for two, and clearly it is theft considering the services provided. In short, move along.
