Los Pasos

What a charming hotel! It had beautiful grounds and stay includes breakfast. The bed was so comfortable and room came with AC which was a plus. Hotel is located in a more quiet section of town which is nice as well. I will definitely be returning next time i am in Antigua.

My wife and I stayed here while we attended a wedding in Antigua. We both cannot recommend Los Pasos enough! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the room was clean and well made, the restaurant was so good we ate there four times during our week stay and the breakfast every morning was wonderful. We even got a massage on our last day which was so relaxing. All the staff is very welcoming and professional. It is also just a ten minute walk from Central Park and plenty of other great places to eat and sights to see.

This hotel should be an easy 5 but misses on a few points. Arrival: reception staff could be more cheerful and informative upon arrival. Little or no information given. Room: absolutely delightful, although no tea and coffee facilities. Comfy bed, large shower with plenty of hot water. Very expensive mini bar items but plenty of free water from the bar or a filtered pot. Our room was very quiet. All very clean and a nice turn down service. Outside: glorious views over the volcanoes from the roof, arrive before sunrise and you may be lucky to get a spectacular show like we witnessed. Lots of hidden spaces in the hotel. We loved the quiet area and enjoyed the short walk to the centre where there were many bars and restaurants. Food: we only had breakfast which was delicious but be prepared for a very slow service. We had included breakfast but were not given any idea what was included so had a surprise bill one morning. This really should be made totally clear but no one advised us. We really enjoyed Antigua and would stay at this hotel again but it would definitely not be difficult for it to be elevated.
