While the hotel is a good base for exploring. The hotel is worn out. Curtains have visible holes, beds are hard. Elevators are slow. Worst, some rooms have bed bugs. My sisters are itching to this day because of it. We travel a lot as a family and this is the first time we had this experience. There are better places to stay. Not going to stay here again.

Quite a large room for HK standard. Ask for a room facing Nathan road to avoid the all night karaokes along Temple St. Plentiful f&b within reach. Try the dim sum at Kung Fu Dim Sum, behing the Yau Mai Tei metro exit. They offer 20% discount at certain times of the day except weekends. Good quality! Hotel is just off Nathan Rd where the airport express buses stops. Highly convenient!

I been keep searching and google and seems like people mention this the same place. So here my review for Kings hotel Yau ma tei You can come easily by AE. It just like behind the basketball course. Overall it right in the middle of the city so it easily for you to find food and everything you need! Staffs a bit unfriendly. I try to smile and greet them every time i walk passby the lobby. 80% people stay here is from Mainland China. Oh they also need your deposit when you check-in and the check-in is at two pm sharp!
