Good solution in Kowloon, clean rooms although a bit dated, reception on the second floor. Breakfast (at 100 hkd) decent with good choice of sweet and savory. Swimming pool (not tried) available. location a bit secluded 15 minutes from the metro (Mong kok or Yau ma Tei) although there is a free service that moves every hour between the two hotels (this and the one in Mong Kok) passing by the metro. Reasonable price.

ive been to Hong Kong 38 times absolute worst hotel ive stayed at dirty mouldy awful. was promised the earth by the higher ups received nothing. worst place ever YOUVE BEEN WARNED

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. This hotel was a complete dump. The place is filled with mold and has a terrible musty mildew stench in all the rooms. If you have allergies, sinus issues, or asthma do not come to this hotel! Our clothes smelled horrible and had to be washed at our next hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are completely outdated and it shows throughout the whole hotel. We had to ask the front desk to move several times because the rooms smelled so bad. To which they were rude about moving us. Their solution was to spray room deodorizer which made the situation worse. They also have this disgusting perfume in the lobby area that is so overwhelming. This hotel was part of a travel package so we had to stay or find our own accommodations elsewhere. Otherwise, we would have left and cancelled our reservation immediately. Hong Kong is amazing and I recommend staying somewhere else while in town!
