New Ho King Guest House

Have book this guest house for 6 night.....on the 4th Night we when to Macau and stay there for 1 night(In Macau)....After coming back from Macau, We were very shock when we use our room card key system to open the door and find that all our bags and item that we put in the room are gone and also find that some other guests baggage and item in our room.....I when to the reception desk and there is no body over there....I need to use the phone to make a call which there have put a number on the wall to call if we need anything .....5 mins later a lady came and i ask her what happen to my room.....she reply that she make a mistake and give our room away to some one else.....WHAT THE F*@K......I have paid full before i even check in and they know that i book 6 Night with them.....they should have call me on my handphone (which they have my number when i check in)...More over they took and my personal things like tooth brush and shaver out of the room and leave it in plastic bag open at the reception area along the comm walk way.....the lady just keep on saying sorry....but when i ask her why did she bring out things out of the room without even calling us she just say sorry again......I know this place is very near to shopping area and location is good....But with this happening it spoil all our holiday mood.....my wife cannot sleep the whole night after that,as she was thinking with our key card system we can enter the room that other guest have taken, and it also can happen to us .....she when to place our 2 big luggage bag at the door as she was scare that someone can just open the room door with other key card .......will not stay at the place even if the whole of hong kong hotel or guest house if fully book.....the bed is hard the toilet was leaking water into the room area, the water heater can only be use by one person and have to wait for another 20 mins before the 2nd person can have hot water again, You have to take a quick shower as the toilet floor will flood after 5mins of shower.....This Guest House Really Spoil My Whole Holiday In Hong Kong.......

Don't ever come here. I have booked this hotel through air asia binding package ( agency is expedia) I show the booking id and itinerary to the reception. they said don't show me this, i don't know english. and ask my name for booking this hotel. Of course i am not using chinese name to book this hotel. So they not accepted my booking. Fortunately, Expedia helped us find another hotel. which is better than this. Don't ever book this hotel online. Felt like get cheated.

It's pretty cheap and clean. For this money what you pay you recieve nice room in the middle of the city near by subway. Stuff not english speaking and not so easy to find. Wi Fi is good and fast. I am not care to come back here.
