Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Great stay, check in easy, convenient location - 7 minutes walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR (metro station). Easy to get around Hong Kong via metro. We used this and the bus to get around everywhere. Clean hotel, great service, gave us 2 hours more for a late check out which was much appreciated. Concierge great - Peter was fantastic and Maggie supported us very nicely too. Looked after our bags and suitcases for hours after checkout. Receptionists really helpful when booked a taxi to lion rock hotel. My husband accidentally broke the soap dish and they asked if he was ok, rather than being annoyed. Gave us a few nice extras as it was our honeymoon. Definitely recommend!

This hotel check in saved us from another two nights at the Chongqing Mansion where we were originally staying by accident. We didn’t do our research and fell into a nightmare. Then we cancelled the rest of our reservation at the Chongqing Mansion, booked a room here and it made our experience so much better. It was 3 times as expensive, even with a discount through the app, but it was well worth it! Don’t cheap out on a hotel in Hong Kong. This place has a very nice lobby, it smells good. They have 4 elevators, Smokey hallways but it doesn’t creep into the rooms thankfully. The main thing is that it was clean and comfortable inside with great service. You couldn’t beat it after we went through.

Lovely hotel after renovation, room with white walls, tiles on the floor instead of dusty carpet. Comfortable bed, high quality white linens and towels. Clean bathroom with good lighting. Good water pressure and toiletries replenished daily. Large wardrobe, safe and slippers. Cons: No bathrobes or suitcase holder. Breakfast is quite varied, but sometimes it was difficult to find a free place.
