Winland 800 Hotel

We stayed one night in Winland because we wanted to stay in a cheaper hotel just to stay overnight and then we would move to another more comfortable hotel because we would arrive late in Hong Kong. But the experience was not good. Starting from the location, away from the metro station, it is necessary to use bus, taxi or uber. There are 2 micro bus lines that connect the station of mtr to the nearby hotel, but it is not allowed to enter with luggage, so we had to go and return by uber, which cost us about HKD 45 each drive with luggage. There is no tourist Attraction, no restaurants near the hotel, at most a convenience store. Hotel staff are very impatient and rude, do not have any kind of dialogue and do not even try to be friendly. When we arrived in the room, we encountered a place full of mold by the walls and ceiling, a lot of mold near the bed and the bathroom. Details:One belongs to me fell under the bed and as I descended to catch I saw a lot of dirt, dust, hair and forgotten objects under the bed. It seems that there has been no cleaning in the place for months!For those who are allergic, avoid! They include a hairdryer, a disposable bath towel, a dispenser in the bathroom containing shampoo and liquid soap. The discharge is weak and the shower is separated from the toilet container by a plastic curtain, weting the whole bathroom. Breakfast not included, but available for sale some breakfast combos, starting from 40 HKD per person. In short, I do not recommend this hotel, if you can, avoid!

embarrassing to call this a hotel .rude manager rude and unhelpful staff .facilities clearly advertised are for hotel next to it .you have to give winland doors man £10 per day to use them absolutely joke .dirty smelly room could go on JUST don't book this dump .

This is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. All their google reviews are paid for. Free Breakfast: This is a joke, they just give you one tiny sandwich, no water. Kettle in Room: The cutlery and Kettle in the rooms are not clean at all. Behaviour and Hospitality: The staff is very cunning! To refuse to arrange for service they will just act that they are not understanding English. Rooms were tiny but that is not their fault as this goes for most of the Hotels in Hong Kong. My entire stay was just ruined cause of the hotel.
