Large railing apartment very close to the center of Budapest, consisting of entrance hall to living room, kitchen, two huge communicating bedrooms and two half bathrooms. Located on the third floor of a building with an elevator but which has never been connected (reading reviews on other sites). So there are 110 steps to walk. Which of course was not mentioned when booking. Let's say not really comfortable.... The effort to climb on foot (despite the confirmation email suggests the use of the elevator, non-existent) makes me angry and I can not overshadow the other defects of this structure. As mentioned the spaces are almost exaggerated but we come to the bathrooms. The first is accessible from the sitting area and has the cup and a micro sink. Blind without forced suction and with the door not closing. Then the use of this bathroom is shared with those in the living room. The second is accessible only from one of the rooms and has a bathtub and sink. So you want to wash you have to pass in a private room. In the worst contempt of privacy... This bathroom is also blind and without suction. I had booked a structure with a quadruple a double and a single, as confirmed by the manager. However, there are only two rooms and the occupant of the single had to sleep together with the occupants of the double. Cleanliness on arrival is barely acceptable, with particular questionable hygienic conditions of the bathtub. The days we stayed there were very hot and the apartment on arrival was an oven, as was the night. It is equipped with two totally inadequate and ineffective fans. Maintenance in general leaves much to be desired. In addition to the toilet door remaining open, the desk top in the quadruple is detached from the structure and risks falling on, as well as the legs of the double "bed" dance as unscrewed. If I had had a screwdriver I would have fixed them and slept more peacefully without the fear of the bed giving way at any moment. There's no TV, and I think it's fair to say that, even though I wouldn't have needed it. I conclude by reporting the request sent in the confirmation email asking not to use the shoes inside the apartment. Indeed it is equipped with a very nice parquet, but that would require serious maintenance for at least a decade, since the stucco draws joints of the strips is almost completely non-existent. I therefore advise the property to focus on more substantive aspects and in particular give correct and truthful information. The apartment, given the location and square footage would have great potential but if you want to offer a quality service many things need to be reviewed. Also, the owner stops teasing customers. For example, to my complaint email in which I reported the complaints indicated here tells me that being a historic and constrained building it is not possible to install air conditioning, while more beautiful half of the apartments are equipped, given the external engines on the balconies. Of course I just observe and suggest how to improve. The fact is that in today's situation, also by virtue of the price, I would advise against them at all, because the quality is not worth the least what you pay. This review is the result of my real experience and I will be happy to prove everything reported in case the owner, as happened privately, denies the veracity of what I reported
