This hotel is truly a gem! Honestly, I could not have had a greater experience! The desk clerk ( really concierge), Levy, was extremely helpful and informative about everything I needed to know. The other young man whose name is don’t remember was also wonderful- filled my hot water bottle when I wasn’t feeling well and was very supportive.
In terms of the rooms; they are very typically European. Everything you need in a compact space, so if you’re looking for the expansive BA experience, this may not be for you.
Breakfast buffet was probably the best I’ve ever had in Europe, with an array of hot and cold dishes and great coffee.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a large shopping plaza and the Holocaust Museum and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Can’t recommend it highly enough!!
