Cancelled my booking in May for the football saying the hotel was closing down... "Normafa Hotel & Retreat will permanently close its doors on 23 December 2025" The hotel is not closing down they just cancelled as there is increased demand so they can sell the room again at a higher price.

Very disappointing experience. The management showed zero flexibility and a complete lack of customer care. Hospitality should be about understanding and accommodating guests, but this hotel fails to deliver on that basic expectation.

Customer service should be about understanding and flexibility, but here it was the opposite. Definitely not the level of hospitality one would expect
